Our family enterprise consists of 10hectares of land at the bottom of the Hill of Corton which we cultivate with careful respect for the land (terroir) and the environment.
Five generations of our family have worked passionately to develop the quality of our wines and to bring out the characteristics of the grapes and the terroir, carefully managing the land, working with the climate and seasons and, where we can, using natural methods to fight disease and develop our harvest.
Our Burgundy white wines are produced from Chardonnay grapes and matured for 11 months in oak barrels (which have just 40% new oak) before bottling - with only our 'Bourgogne Aligote' wine, made entirely from Aligote grapes, being aged in stainless steel tanks.
Our red wines are all made from Pinot Noir grapes, carefully selected, picked and matured to produce very pleasant, fruit-driven wines with rounded tannins (also for 11 months in oak barrels with 40% new oak).
We would be delighted to welcome you to our cellars to taste our wines - but please ring us first to make an appointment
